Russ accuses Travis Scott of copying him for the “UTOPIA” rollout.
Travis Scott is all set to drop his highly anticipated new album UTOPIA, which is reportedly dropping on July 28th. The rapper will be performing the highly anticipated album in front of the ancient Pyramids of Giza in Egypt on Friday, July 28.
Following the announcement, Atlanta rapper Russ seemingly accuses Travis of copying him with the album rollout. “Trendsetter…pyramids, $12 vinyl..we see it [wine glasses toasting emoji],” Russ wrote.
The tweet comes in reference to Russ becoming the first rapper to perform at the ancient Pyramids last year, and also selling $12 vinyls, as UTOPIA is also available for pre-order at the same price.
