Quavo’s new “Rocket Power” album is coming soon.
Following the series of recent offerings, Quavo is working on his new album “Rocket Power”, which will be a tribute to the late Migos rapper Takeoff, who was shot and killed last year. Earlier this year, Huncho paid tribute to Take with the emotional song titled “Without You“.
The new project will be Quavo’s second solo studio album, following up on 2018’s “Quavo Hunch”. Last year before Takeoff’s demise, the two linked up for the collab album “Only Built For Infinity Links“.
Quavo took to his social media to reflect on his upcoming release. “This album is for the Rocket. our true fans and also this is my therapy,” he wrote.
“This is album is a true reflection of how I feel right now. Sometimes I’m Good, sometimes I’m Down, sometimes I’m Disappointed, sometimes I fall apart but then I ALWAYS find my strength again. I know everything might not be alright right now, but the rocket showed me a way to make it RIGHT!”
He added: “Rocket Power keeps me going. Rocket Power gives me fuel. Rocket Power will help us all overcome whatever we’re going through.”
