
Johnny Flynn and Robert MacFarlane have shared particulars of latest album ‘The Moon Also Rises’.
The two are shut pals, collaborating on glorious 2021 album ‘Misplaced In The Cedar Wooden’. Launched to excellent acclaim, the duo then carried out the LP as a ‘story-song’ for a UK tour.
Regularly swapping ides, Johnny Flynn and Robert MacFarlane have sculpted one thing new. Out on November tenth, ‘The Moon Also Rises’ touches on shared themes of our relationship to nature, our environment.
Partly recorded in an outdated Methodist chapel – which can also be now the house of Johnny and Rob’s pals, Cosmo and Flora Sheldrake – the file feels broader in scope than its esteemed forebear.
The duo state:
