National Culinary Arts Month is in July and Black Business Month is in August. Hence, we are high lighting world-renowned Executive Chef Tobias Dorzon, his business partner, and social media maverick Chef Matt Price. Chef Tobias can speak to his journey of adversity and how leaning on the culinary world for support saved his life.
Chef Tobias and Chef Matt come from two very different worlds; Chef Tobias is a classically trained Executive Chef specializing in fine dining with a James Beard curated dinner under his belt and Chef Matt utilized his 10+ years in Corporate America to start a profitable “Internet Chef” business, amassing nearly unprecedented engagement with 1 MILLION followers and hundreds-of-thousands of views per video. Chef Tobias is also a fan favorite from the Food Network’s Tournament Of Champions and Guy’s Grocery Games. The result? A partnership that has manifested an exciting, one-of-a-kind dining experience!
Together, the two chefs have just announced EVERYBODY EATS, a new multi-city fine dining experience kicking off in mid-July.
The inaugural dinners will be held in DC on July 15 & 16; Houstonians will be treated to dinner on August 8 at Thirteen, James Harden’s Houston restaurant where Dorzon serves as the Executive Chef
Each menu will be unique to the evening; tickets are available for purchase with a portion of sales will be donated to national and local charities
EVERYBODY EATS is a multi-city, intimate, dining experience conceptualized and curated by Executive Chef Tobias Dorzon and Chef Matt Price that fuses good food, fine dining, fashion, and social media. The “EATS” in “EVERYBODY EATS” has multiple meanings:
- Everybody in attendance EATS via a curated multi-course menu
- Those unable to attend the dinners in person can still EAT via access to the chefs’ recipe content on their social channels
- And Chef Tobias & Chef Matt will be helping those in need EAT via charitable donations
Executive Chef Tobias Dorzon (Huncho Brands): Chef Tobias is an Executive Chef who trained in Sicily, Italy at ICI, a top three-rated culinary institute in Europe. Chef Tobias specializes in fine dining with a James Beard curated dinner under his belt; he just came off an incredible showing as a final four contestant on Food Network’s TOC3 where he impressed the judges with his well-balanced recipes and connected with millions of viewers, showing vulnerability around his personal experience with anxiety.
